The Puppet Forge creates custom puppets! Here are the general guidelines of how that process works.

We know, the technical stuff and talking money can be a downer, but trust us, having a solid set of parameters make the process SO MUCH BETTER. Worry kills creativity. So lets be clear and not have worries!

GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS:

ESTIMATE 
Cost estimates are driven by materials and design. Every puppet is different. Like any hand-crafted piece of art, the cost of a puppet is dictated by materials and man-hours. 

Shipping is not included in estimate. Local delivery within the Twin Cities area is included.

Design work, costuming, and special requests will be line items on the estimate.

OVERAGES
Client directed changes and modifications will be assessed individually and billed accordingly.

RIGHTS
If The Puppet Forge handles design of the puppet character(s), the rights to that design must be negotiated and purchased separately.

If the client designs the puppet(s), design rights belong to the client.

PAYMENT
50% down at time of order.  This is for materials and reservation of schedule.

This is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Payment of remainder is due on completion of puppet(s). Puppet(s) will not be delivered without full payment.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Delivery date is subject to Puppet Forge workload. Delivery date requests will be given all possible consideration.

Progress photos may be requested.

GUARANTEES
Workmanship is guaranteed under intended (standard) use for one year after delivery. If, during that time, the puppet(s) are deficient in workmanship, they will be repaired. Damage caused by abuse, improper use, accident, or neglect is not covered.
